I usually do unflavored gelatin which is like collagen but less broken down or something if I'm not mistaken? But you can add it to soups, stew, coffee, tea, etc just do it in your single serve otherwise you end up with chicken soup jello...π Noticed it helped with my hair, nail has AND joints (my knees have cracked literally since I was a kid, but when I'm actually accountable to doing this regularly they don't!!!)
