Cinque Terre

We're thinking about taking a walking tour there (or open to elsewhere). Any recommendations for a good tour company or other resource? I'm a high-thread count person, so high end a must. ; )

I went through a whole process of booking a 10-day tour of several destinations in Italy with a company called Zicasso, which I had heard good things about. Sadly I ended up having to cancel the trip, but the process, the technology (for sharing the itinerary, costs, etc.), and the support were great. I'm still sad about having to miss it! Here's a starting point for their Cinque Terre tour. zicasso.com/luxury-tours/it... (I have been to Cinque Terre before - not on our a tour, though - and it's amazing.)

I've only been a self-guided tourist on my visits there but you'll have a great time. I would definitely invest in the train ticket that lets you go between all of the villages as you please. They run really frequently and it's such an easy way to bop around especially if you've been on the trail all day and want to head back to that one cute spot for dinner :) If you do end up going with a high-end tour I'd assume the train ticket would be a part of it, but in case it isn't here some info: cinqueterre.eu.com/en/cinqu...
