Family friendly skiing

What are your favorite family friendly ski areas? Places to stay? How would you rate your experience with the ski school?

If you haven't heard of them yet, Shredder is pretty great. I like the one in Lafayette more than the one in Boulder but both are great to begin the training. Other than that, I've heard great things about Loveland's Ski class
