Has anyone tried intermittent fasting? I feel like I need a reset on my summer eating. I have been looking at some apps, but was looking for suggestions/advice.
I use the free version of the Zero app and like it a lot. I recommend starting with 14 or 16 hour fasts for a couple of weeks and then you can extend to longer fasting periods pretty easily.
I have tried to follow programs/apps and have always failed it. For whatever reason, I can go hours without eating between work, kids, etc. But if I am forced to not eat, massive fail.
