They can be expensive but, in terms of high impact, lululemon athletica bras are amazing... their ones without wire have removable cups too.

I second (or third) the recommendation for Athleta, which carries many of the Brooks bras as well as other brands. The sales staff assists with fitting, and they are very knowledgeable.

I am a huge fan of the sports bras from Adidas. I go to the outlets a few times a year and get them. They are comfy. Fit well. Don't cost an arm and a leg. I literally live in them.

As a larger busted lady, I need a bossy bra. I love Wacoal sports bra and it’s become my go to most days. Style 853302-great support, straps that don't dig, and side coverage. I got mine at Macy's. Love the Wacoal brand bra.
