Blue Sushi Sake Grill

The only place to go for vegan sushi! There are fifteen different vegan rolls, and I haven't found one that I don't like. Much better than the sad cucumber rolls you will find at other sushi places!

This restaurant is near the Keystone Fashion Mall, which is a bit far but so worth the drive! My friend and I are both vegan and haven't had the opportunity to order a bunch of types and share with others. There vegan sushi is unique and even though I had it last night, I'm craving it again. My favorite rolls were the Crunchy Cabbage, Cowgirl, and Prince Roll.
