We needed to reseal a toilet at our new place. Erik came over, identified other failure points with the toilet and recommended we replace it altogether. He also took a look at our other toilets and identified one that would also need replacement. He didn't charge us for that first visit, and ultimately labor cost for replacing the toilet(s) vs. resealing it was the same.

He even offered to help us pick up the new toilets at Home Depot (we didn't need to, as we were able to fit them in the car). Very happy with the recommendations and service.
