Founders Family Medicine and Urgent care in Castle Rock is a full service medical clinic. It is our goal to provide efficient and cost effective care for the insured as well as the uninsured. Founders Family Medicine and Urgent Care is accepting new patients, offering everything you need in family medicine. Perhaps you need an annual physical, immunizations, preventive health screenings, senior care, well-baby and well-woman exams. We also offer Urgent Care walk-in and same day appointments for those sniffles, sneezes, bumps and bruises that may come your way.

Monday - Friday: 8am - 8pm
Saturday: 8am - 4pm
Sunday: 8am - 3pm
Founders Family Urgent Care operates by scheduling patients in urgent care appointment slots from 8am to 8pm and weekend hours. In high patient volume times they are happy to assist you in finding an appointment the next day, or directing you to another treatment facility as needed.
After-hours access is for established patients who are assigned to a Founders Family Medicine provider within the clinic. If you are not an established patient, contact your primary care physician.
