Ivy Noir Piercing and Jewelry

I’m not sure I would recommend this place. Overall an okay establishment. However, I got my helix pierced on 2 different days and they didn’t have my size stud the second time so now I have 2 different helix studs and the size difference is pretty obvious. When I contacted them about it they were a bit rude over the phone and said “it is what it is”. Not great customer service skills.

It is a bit expensive, just a heads up. The different charges really add up, like the piercing (service fee), the jewelry, the back of the stud, changing the back of the stud later on (jewelry change fee), etc.

I needed to get some jewelry removed for a last minute surgery and they were able to get me in so quickly! Very clean and very professional. I will definitely be back for sure for some of the new piercings that I want to get!
