In Austin at Cosmic Coffee on Congress sits this little food trailer called Pueblo Viejo, try them! They are authentic Mexican cuisine! My wife and I tried their breakfast menu, chorizo and egg and I had Chilaquiles. Very on point!

This is my favorite Mexican food trailer. Located in the beautiful setting of Cosmic coffee with lovely water falls. The food is so fresh and authentic. The breakfast tacos, quesadillas, and breakfast plates. Just to name a few things I frequently get here. Every day is a great day to start it with tacos!!
