Skate Escape Bike Shop

We called Skate Escape to find out if they had any plain black roller skates, per the request of my little one. The man that answered the phone (goes by Bee) was beyond helpful! Without me asking, he checked inventory of sizes and adjacent sizes. He gave me pricing and told me their hours. We ended up going into the shop, and in person the service was just as amazing. He fitted the skates, tuned them up and made adjustments, and told us a lot of great stories along the way. The owner of the shop recognized my husband from being a regular customer 20+ years prior! If it's any indication of how lovely the experience was, we ended up buying cheese steaks from Woody's for all three employees and chatting after hours with them. We will definitely go back. Beyond giving great service, we felt so welcome in a way that you don't often get in a retail setting.
