UFCU

I can't say enough nice things about UFCU. I have been a member with them for 17 years since I moved to Austin. I have had debit cards, credit cards, checking accounts, savings accounts, refinanced an auto loan and took out small short-term loans with them and never had any issues. Their staff is always friendly, appreciative of my business and provide suggestions on how to improve my accounts without being pushy like many other banks. The only thing they have not been able to provide is foreign currency when I travel internationally which hasn't really been a big issue.

I started banking at UFCU about 8 years ago and am so thankful to work with a local bank without all the crazy fees and unnecessary tape of a large bank. Over the years I have build relationships with tellers, loan officers, and insurance brokers all whom are polite, professional, and prompt in communications.
