Any other moms out there struggling with anxiety and depression? Monthly mood swings? What has helped?

Hi Emma Beyer I have anxiety and definitely getting professional help has been great with therapy to learn coping skills and work on breath work. Also focusing on sleep has really helped I take melatonin I have that recommendation on my profile. I also cut out coffee over 7 months ago and now just drink tea with a lot less caffeine and that has been a big game changer. Feel free to DM if you have any question I would be happy to chat more.

After the birth of my second kid, I was in the darkest place ever. The only way I got out of it was Anti-depressants. I had tried all the natural routes and nothing worked. Once I got out of the really deep depression, I looked into gut health and the correlation to anxiety and depression. I started taking Silver Fern probiotics and it helped me SO much. I take them daily now and I can tell the difference from when I don't take them. Sleep and exercise are also very important but gut health is what helped me the most.

Ginger, cbd, thc, and sage have been my go to for reducing anxiety. Ik it's probably not a popular view, but Cannabis has been one of the few NATURAL things I've found to consistently work

Hello! Limiting screen time and social media may be a big help in alleviating your blues. As a small business owner tied to my phone, I had to set boundaries for when I can use technology as I was getting fixated on things that made me feel not enough. It’s incredible how much taking a brisk walk can really up the endorphins and get your mind off your woes when you focus on the sights and sounds of nature.
