I want to take my 17 month old on some hikes and carry him at the dog park .... What are the best baby carriers for mild hikes/walks? He's approx. 25 pounds.
I used my Ergo Baby until my kids were almost two. They are great for the back. Are those still a thing? I've been out of the baby stages for a while now.
We did a lot of baby wearing. I loved my Lilli baby because of how versatile it was from infant to toddler for front and back carry the weight range is 7-45 pounds. I also loved my Ergo as well 12-45 pounds. I will say for backpacking I used both equally they were both really great and easy to put on. I highly recommend both but if you are planning on having another baby and using the carrier for infant as well I would go with the Lilli because you can use on it's own without an infant insert.
