Yes austin resort and spa on lake austin . I save up and get the half day pass that includes lunch and two treatments and then end up Lounging at the pool or by the lake for rest of the day. Ask a few friends to go as it makes it more fun. I went alone one and it felt weird being at the pool alone but it was totally relaxing
I would recommend Hyatt Lost Pines. We went there for our first anniversary and the whole area is just lovely and not a very far drive from Austin. Erin Gloster goes there quite a bit and in addition to it being a great get away, she also likes that it is family and pet friendly.
