Bistro Table and chairs

My husband wants an affordable bistro table with a set of chairs that are lightweight yet able to handle a laptop that he can work on outdoors on our dock.
Any suggestions for a easy to maneuver, cute, affordable bistro table and chairs for this kind of outdoor "office" space?

I'm not sure about bistro table and chairs, but I find a lot of our solid patio furniture at consignment stores. I think they always have fun and unique pieces that you may be able to hack.
