Burn Relief- Creams or Natural Treatments

This morning I managed to burn my palm on a piping hot mug coming out of the microwave (silly mistake). Are there any natural remedies you use to alleviate the lengthy tingling sensation and potential blistering from occurring?

Aloe vera gel directly from the plant is the best remedy for burns. It immediately cools the skin and prevents blistering. We keep several aloe vera plants in our house. Clip off one of the stalks and chill in the refrigerator in a baggie and it feels even better as a cooling gel!

Fingertip burns: As a photographer I've burned many a finger on hot lights. Grab your EARLOBE! I swear this works. Maybe the fat in the earlobe takes away the burning. Then, Aloe Vera. Sometimes I use ice cube for larger burns.

Aquaphor is the best, an all-healing ointment that's very safe to use and really works.
