Family-friendly, local beer, good food for visiting family?

Looking for my personal unicorn restaurant - where should we take visiting family to dinner? Family friendly (a la bocce at Rhein Haus), good selection of local beer + great food (bonus for oysters + other NW fare), ideally where we can make reservations for a group of 9. Where would you send us?
