Guest ranch WA/ID/MT/ND?

Our family of 4 (including one elementary and one middle school kid) is RV-ing cross country in June via I-90 and I-94. We would like to stop for a few nights at a guest ranch along the way, where we can ride horses, meet cows up close, and maybe see other farm animals as well. Bonus would be nearby wildlife viewing and swimming. Have any Chalkers found a great family friendly place in eastern WA, Idaho, Montana, or North Dakota? I'd love a recommendation.
