Post COVID - Cold Remedies

So not sure if anyone else noticed but during COVID, when we had to wear masks, NO ONE SEEMED to have gotten the "normal" sick/cold. Now I feel like post-COVID mask wearing, the common cold is making its comeback. What is your FAVORITE natural remedies!

I like to take vitamins to boost my immune system. Here are some vitamins that I usually take: Deep Immune by Dr Tobias, Echinacea, Turmeric, L-Lysine and Vitamin C.

100% agree! Our pediatrician recommended Zarbee's Naturals Children's Cough Syrup + Mucus & Immune which helped with the inevitable cough that comes with a cold from all that mucus.

I am a fan of taking elderberry for immunity and applying essential oils for congestion. Allergies will always be a thing for me, regardless of colds and flu.

I drink Traditional Medicinals Gypsy Cold Care Tea whenever I feel a sore throat starting. It helps sooth my sore throat and helps with all the symptoms of a nasty cold.

Following this post. I’m on my 2nd cold since masks came down 5/29! My immune system is working over time.
