Should I re edit my new logo for my startup business plan?

I like your logo! I don’t know what business you’re in but just by looking at it I can tell it has to do with dogs/pets.

I would maybe add something that clearly designates it as grooming-related as well. Could have a brush it give the pup some suds? Your logo a lot of times will have to stand alone so it's important for it to be either very unique and eye catching or, imo, more importantly, a clear signifier of what the brand does. Check out my logo for my Cannabis arts events business! Even without the text the general sense of the brand is still understood. ☺️

I usually do 2 versions, 1 with no text and one with so that you have options for whats most appropriate for different places it will appear :)

You should also have a stacked logo and a side logo
