I have to say that before Covid Zoom was used rarely. Google meeting seldom and ordering groceries online for pick up, never. How things have changed, Working from home, picking up groceries in the parking lot or having them delivered. Paying for most things with an ap. I used Amazon same day, and during 2020 they were a staple because it was so easy with Amazon Prime + no shipping fees. Oh the list just continues.
