What are your best yard sale tips?

Town-wide yard sale is this weekend and I'm helping run the PTO fundraising sale. Its been a while so what I am I forgetting I need to do?

I would suggest having a $1 or $5 table put everything on that table people will be drawn to it like the dollar store. Make sure you have a lot of small bills on hand, although people may use venmo now.
