What is your favorite Farmer's Market?

There are so many great Markets, although some run in the winter, in Indiana, summer is the season they are really active. No matter what part of the country you are in, share your favorite market, with pictures if you have them. I want to know what you like and what you don't. What you'd like to see more of and things you could do without. So tell me about your favorites, all of them. If you know the vendors, share their information and websites. First, In Indy, the Original Farmers Market Downtown.

BroadRipple, Zionsville, Garfield Park. However the absolute best market I’ve been to is in Oakland, California, near Lake Merrit. They had the best produce the freshest vegetables a great mix of vendors and music. I think it was called the grand Lake farmers market but I’m not sure.

I have really enjoyed shopping at the Carmel Farmers Market and the Noblesville Farmers Market. When I spend time in Northern Michigan visiting family I never miss the farmers markets in Charlevoix, MI. The market is held right along Main Street. You can shop from a large selection of local vendors selling organic produce, flowers, canned items and baked goods. Enjoy a stroll along the beautiful harbor after you have made all your purchases. The market runs every Thursday in the summer from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m..

I love the one downtown. I miss working downtown so much because it was my favorite thing to do on my lunch break!
