Best Johnson City Museums

Julie Joyce - We love going to this science museum located in Johnson City. A quick drive from Austin, it is a favorite of my kids. So many fun hands on experiences; from building cars and racing them on a track, to controlling a puck with your mind, to making music with a banana. There is also an outside area with many more things to interact with; there is even a tortoise cam to watch the resident tortoises when they are underground avoiding the heat. They have an axolotl, which is probably my favorite thing. There is a café in the building to avid anyone getting hangry as you move through all the displays.
