I started 2022 reading this book and from the first few chapters, I was able to implement habit-forming practices. One of my favorite concepts is this idea of habit stacking where you take an existing habit you already perform and tack on a new habit so they're performed together. For me, it's after I eat, I wash the dishes right away. I love eating, I hate doing dishes. Now I eat and have a clean kitchen always. Highly recommend.
