A friend recommended the FakeTV. Definitely one of the best things I've purchased this decade. It's a tiny device, about the size of a hockey puck. At night when the house gets dark, it turns on automatically and projects LED lights onto a wall. It's built to simulate the light from a large TV.

If a burglar happens to be in your yard at three in the morning, they will think you are up late watching TV!

Who in their right mind would break in when I might be sitting there watching TV? When I think of the expensive security systems I've laboriously installed, maintained, and upgraded, it seems like the FakeTV works nearly as well. All for only $40.
