I use this app when I'm counting my macros and I make sure my clients use this when they are tracking their food intake! It allows them to see exactly what they are putting in their body!

I cannot say enough good things about MyFitnessPal. It helped me get the pregnancy weight off, was extremely motivating and fun. What impresses me more though is that it has really helped my parents manage their weight and stay active!

Once a year, to kick off the new year, I count calories for a week. Mostly just a mental reset after eating and drinking way too much over the holidays. MyFitnessPal's Premium version is free for 30 days. Breaks down vitamins, fat, and cholesterol , calories, etc. It's a great food education reminder on how exercise fits into the mix. Example: I had no idea that cauliflower has a lot of vitamin C.
