This cookbook gives you four weeks worth of Paleo recipes, using 5 different ingredients in each of the 130 recipes. It explains the Paleo diet and what foods to enjoy and what foods to avoid. I especially love the homemade strawberry ice cream made with full-fat coconut milk!
