My go to knife for chopping. Holds up really well with lots and lots of use.
I am intrigued by these conversations. Just googled Zwilling Henckel vs Wustuf- Here's what I found and I'm putting the Wustuf in my cart. According to Hell's Kitchen recipe site: "Wusthof edges are slightly sharper with a 14-degree angle per side compared to Zwilling at 15 degrees per side and stay sharper longer." My Henckel was a gift, the Wustuf will be a purchase. Thanks for the review.

@ Carol_Mullins - We have a few Wusthof knives. I think you will be happy with the product.
