We went through this a few weeks ago. We've had nannies off and on for a decade now, hard to believe. This time around we did two things. We posted an ad on the Seattle Nanny Parent Connection facebook group, which led to a couple of credible candidates. We also used Kyla, the Seattle Nanny Consultant. She gave us a couple more highly qualified candidates. The whole thing was sorted out in under a week. Honestly it might've been faster if we hadn't been such sticklers for reference checks and covid safety.
