Looking at getting a new mattress and am curious if you have one you love? I’ve seen great things about the purple mattress but wasn’t sure about others. I am a side and tummy sleeper and I get very hot at night.
We have a king size Purple mattress... and would give it an 7out of 10 rating. I think the way that we sleep has put indents in the bed and has left a lump in the middle. We should have bought the entire set up and not just the mattress. Otherwise we love it!
We have an adjustable Tempur-Pedic Mattress and we love it. The next one we buy I want it to be able to adjust each side separately rather than the whole thing adjusting at once. BUT we do love it!!!
I always thought I'd be a forever fan of a pillowtop, but I was converted to a Purple lover last summer. I was reluctant and it did take a few months to get adjusted to it (mostly because I felt like I was levitating), but now I would never go back. The price tag can seem scary, but you sleep at least 7 years of your life away, might as well have the best of the best.
We bought the TemperPedic Proadapt Medium in July and it was the best purchase ever. My husband and I still sigh as we get into bed and say we feel like we melt into it like butter! We bought the model that raises the head end and/or foot end. It has a few different massage settings and a light under the bed. He thought it might be too soft for him, but it's perfect for all of our sleep positions and it doesn't move when the other person moves around, which is great when you have littles sleeping in bed with you.
We have a Casper Wave Hybrid, which is super comfortable. We put one in our guest room and my parents loved it after an extended visit so they got one for their house too...
Avocado! Online company in CA with natural materials, including latex I believe. Love it!! Don’t have the added pillow layer. It’s med to firm, and the temperature of it feels great.
@miranas_painting Victoria Grinde @tammy_gayne and Cindy Sersig do you just have the mattress or do you have the whole frame? We have a custom bed frame and I’ve wondered if a temperpedic would be worth it without their frame.
I have had mine for 2 ish years and love it. It’s one of those foam “mattresses in a box.” Not 100% sure on the exact name/model, but it’s a Serta brand from Sams Club. It’s the best (and cheapest) option we could find for a king size bed. Plus we got it during a holiday weekend sale, so it ended up being only $400 for a KING.
