• Idea - After you contact them, they will schedule an appointment to meet and go over your project. You explain your vision, and they will sketch out some rough ideas.
• Refine - Once they go over all options, they will take your original sketch and create a design based off that stretch.
• Build - They will plan out a schedule for execution and begin their work.
