Pros: clumps well, to no dust, eco-friendly, good odor control (for #1, not so much #2)
Cons: pricy, lightweight so it tends to track more but a litter mat has been helping
Grass seed litter is definitely on the more expensive side but it's totally worth it for the pros listed above.
