I bought these after seeing the recommendations here. It was amazing how black the pads were in the morning. I thought I would be uncomfortable having the pads on my feet, not at all. I also often have leg and foot cramps during the night and it doesn’t seem to happen as much on nights that I am wearing the pads.

I ordered these off Amazon for my grandparents and they love them! They will not go to bed with out them. They made me try it myself and I was amazed. I was sleeping like a baby and could not believe what came out when I took them off the next morning!

Julie Joyce Y’all, I don’t know what voodoo magic is in these foot pads but they were great!! As was foretold, when I took them off this morning, the pads were black. Super easy to apply and take off. I was worried about feeling them during the night, but I didn’t. I did sleep well but not sure if it was the pads or the fact my kids had a sleep-over the night before. Will be using again.

Jade Hodo Julie Joyce I glad you like it too! Apparently if you use them for at least a week you will start feeling a lot better as it really cleans your system!
