System Pavers

I'm not clear why this is listed as #1 for concrete contractors. They install pavers; they do not pour concrete. We just had them out here for a quote and the sales process is very complete, but they are clearly trying to "close the sale" by offering discounts if you sign within 2 days. After doing more research, I see several complaints with the BBB and very mixed reviews on Yelp, Google, Angi etc.
