My favorite financial institution is A+ Federal Credit Union. We've been members in the Austin area for over 15 years. I feel credit unions are more customer oriented since Credit unions are not-for-profit and are owned by their members. Also members' money is protected up to $250,000 per account with federal share insurance by NCUSIF.
