I’ve recently started adding in a collagen powder to my drinks and have noticed it helps with my skin. The verdict is still out on my hair!

I usually do unflavored gelatin which is like collagen but less broken down or something if I'm not mistaken? But you can add it to soups, stew, coffee, tea, etc just do it in your single serve otherwise you end up with chicken soup jello...πŸ˜‚ Noticed it helped with my hair, nail has AND joints (my knees have cracked literally since I was a kid, but when I'm actually accountable to doing this regularly they don't!!!)

I use collagen powder on a daily basis and have seen huge improvement in my hair, skin, and nails. I recommend using a non-flavored powder that you can add to coffee, smoothies, soups, you name it! I use the Primal Kitchen brand, it’s the cleanest on the market!
