Right now I'm loving Drmtlgy's CE+F, Ilia's serum skin tint SPF 40 in the morning and adapalene at night. Retinols are great, but if you use them SPF is a must and it limits you on other facial treatments and waxing.

Hey Elexa! I'm not an esthetician but definitely know a lot about the skin and I can tell you what products I use in salon as well as my personal use! I'm more of a natural botanical girl myself. So with hair and skin I mainly lean towards as natural as possible!

Skin care: this is so personal to the person. But I love Alo skin care it's based with some amazing botanical ingredients. Dermatological is another good one! What kind of issues do you have with your skin?

MAC has some clean makeup I love. Farmasi I like some of their stuff. Makeup I have certain things with certain brands I like over others! What types of makeup are you looking for? eyeshadow, primer, foundations??

I switched to Clean Beauty/Skincare several years ago. Beauty faves: Ilia, RMS Beauty, W3LL People, Kosas and I like Tarte for their powder shadows if I want to do powder. If you need specifics of any product-let me know :)

For skincare: I’ve really liked Weleda cleanser, facial oils + moisturizers. Currently I’m using a Juice Beauty moisturizer + pairing it with Weleda oil. I also use an aloe bar from a local small business: Boca Micro Farm. SO good! If I want to do facial masks-I make my own.

Also-for SPF care for face I swear by Supergoop Glowscreen! It’s amazing. And gives such a great glow-its perf to wear alone or under makeup if needed.

I highly recommend the Korean skin care brands. I personally use, It's skin, Nature Republic, Innisfree and Tony Moly's products. My skin goes from dry to oily very easy and this products help my skin to have a natural glow, smooth texture without being oily.

I am in my early-40s and have been using Arbonne skincare for about a year and cosmetics for about six months. Arbonne is a B Coporation, which is important to me as a consumer. They are vegan, cruelty-free, and free of over 2k potentially harmful ingredients. I am a consultant, so feel free to reach out with specific product questions or take a look at www.melissaacosta.arbonne.com. The site is very user-friendly and includes all the information you might want to know about specific products, including how to use, benefits, and ingredients.
