Fun Day trips from Denver?

Hi Guys, I want to make this summer special and am determined to make the most of this summer. I'm looking for fun day trip ideas from Denver that I can do solo and live it up. My fitness level is medium...for hikes I'm a bit of a baby when it comes to going it alone, unless I know for sure the trail is well traveled. I haven't done a ton of exploring, so please all ideas are welcome!

I just saw a recommendation for a place in Boulder called Wonder Wonder!! Check it out!! It’s like an interactive art experience!! I cannot wait to go!!!

For sure get to dream canyon in boulder. The view is a bit dizzying. Before you head up, stop at the Yellow Deli on Pearl St--literally everything in the menu is phenomenal (fun fact it is run by a psychedelic cult! But they're nice...sometimes a bit odd, but nice and a friend to any of us other odd birds). Also the Barcade on Pearl st in boulder has really great pinball...could make a day of it!

Boulder Falls is fun, it's about a 10min hike to the falls and back and I always enjoy driving to the top of Trail Ridge Road from Estes Park. There are a few hikes you can take but mostly I like to drive to the summit, check out the gift shop and Cafe and then drive back the way I came.
My other go to is Manitou Springs, we like to head to the visitors center and get a map of all the natural springs that bubble up around town. Then you can walk around town and taste the different mineral water springs that people thought were miracle water back in the day.
