I need a product to rid my car of ants!

I'm not sure how, but my car has recently become infested with ants, and no amount of bug bomb seems to be enough. Does anyone know about a product that would resolve this problem?

I had this problem years ago. Here’s what I did:

1. Move your car or make sure you aren’t parked on or near an ant bed.
2. Remove all trash (especially food), if any.
3. Vacuum thoroughly.
4. Wash your car and tires.
5. Set out ant traps. I recommend Terro liquid ant bait.

Crystal Kennedy - we were just talking about ants! What was the name of the product you recommended?

Syngenta Optigard Ant Bait Gel

It is a gel that the ants take back to the colony. The first day they swarm to it so do not be alarmed. Then suddenly they are gone forever. I've never had anything work so well!

I second Terro liquid ant bait. I once had ants in my car and the Terro ant bait got rid of them.

I recommend Terro too - it's worked well in my house.

Have you tried diatomaceous earth? basically cuts them and dries them out! Also it's all-natural, if that is important to you, but get food-grade only!!!

Also, I've used grits on fire ant hills before, but idk how well that would work in your car haha!

I would also recommend Terro. It’s what my dads swears by since he sometimes get a lot of ants at his house.
