I'm looking for a good immersion blender.

What's your favorite?
I'm getting ready to start Whole30 in January and am getting my kitchen gadgetry in order. I'm willing to spend some money if it's worth the additional cost. Thanks!

I have a Cuisinart hand-held stick blender. I cannot recommend it enough. Great for making soups and blending veggies.

Thanks Lawrence! Is it corded? Do you find that it makes things super creamy, or do you have to deal with chunks? Would you use it with ice?
