I'm planning an Indoor Air Quality Health seminar.

Are there any moms that you know or do you have kids under age 10 who suffer from allergies and asthma?
I would like to know :
What do they suffer from?
Any idea what caused the symptoms?
What are you doing to alleviate the issue?
What meds are they taking or have tried?
How are the meds working?
Are there other members in the family with the same issues?
What are your major concerns about the issue?
How is it affecting them?
How Is it affecting you?
Anything else you might want to share?

Good questions! Mine don't have allergies, but I have tried to be mindful of what chemicals we use in our home, and what foods we put in our bodies. I try to open windows on days when the weather allows (except during the heavy pollen season), and have indoor plants. Keep me posted on the seminar details! Will it be in person or virtual?

I’ve had allergy problems ever since I can remember. Unfortunately my two daughters inherit them. We go to an Allergist, we have air purifiers at home, dehumidifier, no rugs and dust mites proof covers on beds. We do have indoor plants, but not many. Also we use sensitive skin detergent for clothes and we don’t use any synthetic perfumes at home. I used to diffuse oils but noticed they triggered our allergies, so had to stop. Hope these information is useful for you!
