We used Fusion Math for Algebra this summer and our tutor was excellent. Really liked him and my daughter learned a ton. We did one hour sessions over zoom, twice a week.
I've also heard good thing about Mathnasium, though that one is in person. Mathnasium is reasonably priced compared to Fusion Math. We couldn't do it because my daughter had just broken her arm and they weren't set up for that. Ended up very happy with Fusion Math.
