Nail Salon

Looking for a nail salon on the Southside of Indianapolis which is clean, makes appointments, and is reasonably priced. I want a nail tech who listens, doesn't rush and attends to details without being asked (like clean underneath, put oil on my cuticles, and massages my hands). I also don't like chatterboxes and those who get up several times.
