Teeth Whitening

I am considering a pen too and would like to hear recommendations....but I do this the charcoal Crest toothpaste.

I use pure activated charcoal, it is messy..... but works amazingly well, and has no other chemicals or harmful ingredients.

Where do you buy it?

I used the whitening pens and they destroyed my teeth. They made then horribly sensitive and weakend the enamel of all my teeth. It is one of my biggest regrets trying that product. My recommendation would be to see a dentist for professional whitening to get the best and safest results.
