Fresh Chalk operates https://freshchalk.com (the "Site"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

Children's Privacy: Fresh Chalk is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we find out that a child under the age of 13 has given us personal information we will take steps to delete that information. The only exception is information given to us by a parent or legal guardian of a child, who maintains that information inside their own account expressly for the purposes of providing transportation services to that child.
