Your Fresh Chalk Profile is password-protected. In order to maintain this protection, do not give your password to anyone. Fresh Chalk staff will never proactively reach out to you and ask for any account information, including your password.

Children's Privacy: Fresh Chalk is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we find out that a child under the age of 13 has given us personal information we will take steps to delete that information. The only exception is information given to us by a parent or legal guardian of a child, who maintains that information inside their own account expressly for the purposes of providing transportation services to that child.
