We took my car to this body shop after a rear end collision. The first time the car was picked up the bumber was not secure. Bolts were not bolted down, my badges were not replaced, the invoice stated that the trunk lid was replaced as well. However this was not completed. Per the invoice these are supposed to be all new parts. The trunk lid still has tree sap damage that was present prior to the accident. The tail light was not replaced as you can still see the soil in cracks around the tail light. The seal around the trunk lid is not flush and day light can be seen through the cracks. The bumber is still not seated correctly. This has been the worse service ever. Ebby's is a far better location. I will be reporting this back to the insurance carrier as well as the SCC for the state of Virginia. We have been unsucessful in speaking to the tech that serviced our vehicle, the senior tech is never available. This is just unacceptable service. No pride in their work. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK.
