I've been going to this place for 3 years. It isn't a fancy place, it isn't a put zebra stripes on your nails place...but it is $32 for a manicure AND pedicure AND they do like 15 minutes massage of your neck, arms and legs...so you can't beat the price and Binh is awesome.
