... moreThe Jutholemen 3-Seat Sofa is a perfect fit for our screened in porch. It fits three adults or two adults and two little kids! The sofa has become a favorite spot at the end of the day to read, talk or just relax together before bed. It easily cleans off with a wet cloth and all the cushions are slip covered for easy washing.
The Fluellen Ladder Back Chairs are the perfect fit for our screened porch. Made out of commercial grade resin polypropylene they are sturdy yet lightweight. Easy to clean for all those outdoor art projects or meals—they are very family friendly. The chairs are also stackable for easy storage during the winter months.
Every outdoor space needs a place for storage. The ladder bookcase creates a storage space for outdoor or pet gear. The bottom shelf is large enough for a storage bin where I keep all our dogs outdoor toys and gear easily accessible. On the higher shelves, I display my plants and knick knacks. It’s also a great spot for a bluetooth speaker for a little mood music! A great bonus of this shelf is that it folds up flat for compact storage for the winter.
Winter and spring weather make for a dusty, musty porch! The first step I always take before I set up for the summer is a good cleaning. Scotts Outdoor Cleaner removes all the mess that nature has left behind. The Scotts bottle attaches right to your garden hose for an easy quick cleaning process. Simply spray on the cleaner, allow to sit and then rinse. Scotts is safe for your landscaping and works on concrete, wood, brick and siding. Scotts leaves my screened in porch refreshed and ready to decorate!
Mom always said that the rug makes the room come together. Well the same is true for your outdoor space. The Natco Indoor/Outdoor rug can handle the twists and turns of summer weather while still looking great. It dries quickly when it gets wet and is easy to clean with a vacuum or broom. It can handle foot and pet traffic without showing the mess. The Natco Indoor/Outdoor rug does not feel like an outdoor rug—it feels nice and soft under your bare summer feet.
Spring and summer time is outdoor dining time. The Josune Wooden Dining Table is a sturdy wooden table that can easily seat up to six. The wooden table can get wet during spring and summer storms with no ill effects. It is perfect for hosting friends over for dinner or for just your family. The table is also very easy to clean so there is nothing left behind to tempt critters to try and invade your porch.
The Garden Treasures Fire Pit is a nice sized fire bit for the backyard. Great for impromptu marshmallow roasts!
What can I say, I dig some funk! While setting up your outdoor space, be sure to explore local junk and vintage shops to find unique items that speak to you for your space. I was lucky enough to find two awesome vintage lawn chairs and a table at a local junk shop while visiting family in Michigan. The chairs are extremely well made with great personality. Plus, reusing old items keeps them out of landfills and reduces waste. I also found an old oil pan that I use as a candle holder on my porch. Be creative! Give that item a new purpose other than the one it was designed for. Explore vintage shops, flea markets, garage sales and antique shops to add a personal touch to your outdoor space.
The perfect way to add comfort and color to your outdoor space is pillows. I love the Square Knife Edge outdoor throw pillows for our porch. These pillows add color plus dry quickly and do not get moldy when they get wet. The best things about these pillows is that they are machine washable.
Every porch space needs a multipurpose table. The porcelain garden stool can handle several different jobs in your patio space. It can be used as a side table, plant stand or a stool. Plus, it's designed to be outdoors and can handle what mother nature throws at it. Easy to clean and lightweight it is the perfect dual purpose item for your porch. I love it’s duel functionality!
